Sound Baths

Clients rest comfortably on a massage table or mat while sound waves move through the body, supporting rhythmic coherence and parasympathetic activation. Just as biological systems function optimally in stable rhythms, the body responds positively to consistent, resonant frequency input.

Clinical & Therapeutic Benefits

Sound healing sessions may support:
  • Nervous system regulation and stress reduction

  • Trauma-informed care and emotional integration

  • Chronic tension and fatigue relief

  • Support during addiction recovery or neurodivergence (ADHD, PTSD)

  • Pre- and post-plant medicine integration

  • Improved sleep, focus, and embodied awareness

Sessions are not diagnostic or medical in nature but may complement clinical care as part of a holistic wellness approach.

Integrative Sound Healing & Sound Baths in Portland, Oregon

Supporting Nervous System Regulation & Bio-Intelligence

Since 2017, Isabel Falcon has worked in the healing arts, offering integrative sound healing experiences that support the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation and repair. Her approach is rooted in trauma-aware presence, physiological attunement, and respect for the body’s inherent Bio-Intelligence—the internal intelligence that coordinates balance across the nervous, musculoskeletal, and energetic systems.

Sessions are designed to create conditions that support regulation, coherence, and restoration rather than impose change.

Clinical Foundations of Sound Healing

The human body functions through complex rhythmic systems, including neurological, cardiovascular, and respiratory cycles. Chronic stress, trauma, and overstimulation can disrupt these rhythms, contributing to dysregulation, muscular tension, fatigue, and emotional distress.

Integrative Sound Healing uses carefully applied vibration, frequency, and resonance to support parasympathetic nervous system activation and whole-body coherence. Sound baths and one-on-one sessions encourage shifts toward slower brainwave states associated with rest, integration, and recovery. Within this regulated state, the body’s Bio-Intelligence is better able to engage its innate mechanisms for balance and repair.

Sound is used as a non-invasive, sensory-based modality that supports regulation through rhythm and resonance rather than cognitive processing.

Practitioner Background & Training

Isabel’s work with sound began through Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2017, where she developed a disciplined practice with the gong and an understanding of rhythmic entrainment and breath-based regulation. In 2020, she completed Levels One and Two at the Sound Healing Academy, with clinical-style training in both individual sound therapy sessions and group sound baths.

Her approach integrates:

  • Nervous system awareness

  • Somatic and sensory regulation principles

  • Vibrational acoustics

  • Traditional sound healing lineages

  •

This blend allows sessions to remain both intuitive and professionally structured.

What to Expect in a Sound Healing Session

Each session begins with a brief intake and gentle energetic and somatic assessment to identify areas of tension or dysregulation. From there, sound is applied in a structured yet responsive manner, guided by the body’s feedback.

Instruments may include:

  • Gongs

  • Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls

  • Tuning forks

  • Drums and rhythmic sound

  • Voice and overtone work

  • Subtle vibrational and somatic techniques

Sessions are paced to support safety, grounding, and gradual regulation. Many clients report improved relaxation, clarity, and bodily awareness following sessions.
