Isabel is a heartcentered guide, visionary, and devoted student of life. Originally from Uruguay, her spiritual journey began at the young age of 14, when she was initiated into the realms of spiritual practice through the Afro-Brazilian healing tradition under her maestros, curanderos Beatriz Martínez and Pae Pirica do Xangó. This early initiation opened her to the medicine of Spirit and the living wisdom of ritual, devotion, and transformation.

"Bikram Yoga School of India - 2013
Completion of 200 hour yoga teacher training program, beginner and advanced levels, in Los Angeles. This training brought me back to my body after years of disconnection.

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation - 2017
Level One training in Portland, Oregon, plus hundreds of hours of practice and discipline with teacher Jai Dev (2018-present). Through Jai Dev I also received training in Ayurvedic basic practice and Vedic Astrology. This work gave me a voice and helped me reconnect to my own inner power.

Level One and Level Two training as a Sound Healing practitioner, working with clients in one-on-one sessions.

Plant Medicine Teachers - 2017-Present
The descriptions of my most esteemed teachers would not be complete without the mention of my sacred plant teachers. Under the guidance of my maestro, Neten Pani Onanya, I have had the great privilege of working with sacred plant medicines within the Shipibo lineage.
​
Since 2017, I have been working with Ayahuasca as an apprentice in ceremonial containers, deepening my knowledge and personal healing with each journey. I have also dieted with master plant teachers including Ajo Sacha and Inkaiko. Tobacco has been a powerful teacher, guiding me toward divine confidence, humility, self-love, and becoming a better human.

These sacred plant teachers have gently guided me toward my true self and shown me how to love myself. Through this ongoing process, I have gained deep understanding in how to guide my clients and students on their own healing paths. Their medicine continues to be a precious gift, and my journey with them is still unfolding.
