About Isabel
Isabel is a heartcentered guide, visionary, and devoted student of life. Originally from Uruguay, her spiritual journey began at the young age of 14, when she was initiated into the realms of spiritual practice through the Afro-Brazilian healing tradition under her maestros, curanderos Beatriz Martínez and Pae Pirica do Xangó.
This early initiation opened her to the medicine of Spirit and the living wisdom of ritual, devotion, and transformation.
Certified as a Yoga Instructor at a traditional Bikram Yoga school of India and in Kundalini Yoga. Isabel’s path deepened profoundly under the guidance of a spirit teacher, an elder steeped in decades of monastic life and Vedic study. She spent time in various yoga centers and completed multiple silent meditation, devotional chanting, retreats. Since then, Isabel has taught in diverse centers across Nevada, California, and Oregon, and served more the thousand people including recovering center In Portland Oregon.
Over the past eight years, Isabel has immersed herself deeply in the healing traditions of the Americas. Guided by shamans and wisdom keepers of the Shipibo lineage—her teacher Onanya Netenpani and the communities, as well as the Q’eros of the Andes, she continues to learn and walk in reverence for the ancient ways. Her studies bridge Yoga, somatic intelligence, sound healing, and plant medicine, forming a living tapestry of integrative healing that honors both the physical and the spiritual dimensions of being.
Through her own self-healing journey, Isabel has trained in the subtle arts of Craniosacral Therapy Leanaxchel and Etienne Preisman, Essence Work, Reiki, Kundalini energy, and Sound Healing. In 2021, she became a certified Kundalini Dance facilitator with Leyolah Antara, weaving together breath, movement, and emotional alchemy. Her ongoing studies in Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté’s approach) continue to refine her ability to hold space with presence, attunement, and deep compassion.
Today, Isabel offers Bio-Intelligence Healing, Yoga, Sound Medicine, and ceremonial spaces rooted in ancient wisdom and embodied spirituality. Her work serves as a bridge between worlds—inviting others to return home to the medicine within, to awaken their innate intelligence, and to remember the sacred interconnectedness of all life.
She remains deeply grateful to all her teachers, past, present, human, and non-human, for shining their light under her stumbling feet.
Om Bolo Shri Sat Guru Bhagavan Ki… Jai!
